We've been onboard with London duo Kaleida for a long while now, and their sparkling blend of Scandinavian-edged pop and dreamy electronica still gets regular rotation on our playlists. It's with great pleasure that we welcome back the duo of Christina Wood and Cicely Goulder this week, with another perfectly executed, more downtempo number in 'Detune'. Synths which linger like a tender kiss and polished vocals, courtesy of the ever on-point Wood, are the key hooks on 'Detune', and while it may not be the most immediately arresting tune in Kaleida's back catalogue, this one's yearning kick continues to reward after repeated plays. A gorgeous, welcome slow-burner, if we've ever heard one. - DC
